Not just another pizza or pasta workshop! Chef Neelima is going to show you how to make gluten free cannelloni and cannoli. Do you know, cannoli is a tubular Italian pastry, usually all laden with dairy cream, cheese, sugar and oil? Surprise! It need not be so! In this workshop, you will learn how to easily make gluten free and wholesome pasta and pastry shells.
We promise you that these Italian specialities will be irresistibly delicious, without the ills of dairy, fats and refined sugar! Go ahead and treat yourself!
