This World Kindness Day, let’s learn to be kind to our body.
Our body loves nutritious meals which are easy on the digestive system. There is nothing like raw fruits and salads, but in cooked foods, soups are the lightest of them all. They are quick to make even when made at home, so why buy the preservative laden ones?!
Soups are also quite versatile indeed. They can be light as an accompaniment or a whole meal in itself. With the weather getting cooler in most parts of the world, a delicious warm soup is always welcome:)
