Registration takes place in two steps
Step 1 - Pay Registration Advance
You need to pay a registration advance of Rs. 25,000. On receipt of your payment, we will send you a confirmation email along with the patient data form which you need to fill in and return to us along with other medical reports listed in the email. We will then review the information you have submitted and let you know whether you have been accepted for the program or not.
Step 2 - Pay Balance Registration Fees
If you are accepted for the program, you will then need to pay the Balance Registration Fees (see rates below*).
The balance payment is to be paid before 20th April 2020 only through RTGS/bank transfer/bank deposit into the SHARAN bank account
If you pay from Abroad:
Please ask your bank to remit Rs ________ to Current account No. 414100100000095 of SHARAN in Saraswat Co-operative Bank, Kalbadevi Branch, Mumbai 400002. IFSC Code: SRCB0000414 (SWIFT : SRCBINBBOSB if required) Please mention Purpose of Remittance: Medical consultation.
Please send the remittance advice of your bank as soon as the remittance has been made.

Refund Policy: Registration amount of Rs. 25,000 is non refundable. Cancellations before 27th Aug 2020 are eligible for 75% refund of remaining amount. No refunds after 27th Aug 2020.
