Creamy Vegetable Soup

Ingredients

• leek


• celery


• carrots


• soy cream


• vegetable broth



Method

Simmer potato, leek, celery and carrot in the vegetable broth until tender. Blend until smooth. Season to taste, add the soy cream and serve.
