Blueberry Pancake
Ingredients
- 1 1/4 cup whole wheat flour
- 1/3 cup blueberries
- 2 tsp baking powder
- ½ tsp salt
- 2 tbsp oil
- 1/2 cup soya milk
Method
Mix wet and dry ingredients separately and then combine (do not over mix). Cook on an oil misted pan till edges are dry, then flip and cook till done. Serve with maple syrup.
