Spicy Mexican Bean Dip with Corn Chips
Ingredients
For the Beans
- 1 can chilli beans.
For the Salsa
- 2 tomatoes chopped
- ½ onions
- 1 green chilly
- coriander
- salt to taste
- dash of lemon juice
Method
Smash the beans with a fork and cook to thicken the paste along with some Taco seasoning or Mexican seasoning. Use coriander powder, cumin powder and non dairy cheese powder for seasoning.
Serve the beans and the salsa with organic corn chips.
