Peanut Sauce Salad

Ingredients



  • 400 gm cubed Cabbage, tomato, potato, carrot, French beans or haricot, cucumber, capsicum. Can also add broccoli, baby corn, red and yellow peppers


For the Sauce



  • 100 gm roasted peanut

  • roasted chilli powder

  • 3 tsp jaggery

  • 1 tbsp tamarind paste

  • salt to taste


Method


Steam the potato and beans.
Mix the ingredients for the sauce and blend by adding little water to make a smooth paste.
Pour the sauce over the vegetables and serve.
