Green Bean Salad with Peanuts

Ingredients

  • ½ kg washed and chopped green beans
    • 1 tsp salt
    • 2 tbsp olive oil
    • 2 tbsp lemon juice
    • salt and pepper to taste
    • ½ cup of peanuts, walnuts or raisins
    Method

    Boil the washed and chopped green beans. Add 1 tsp of salt. Once cooked, remove and strain. Add the rest of the ingredients while the beans are still warm. Mix together and serve.

    Serves 4-6.
