Tahini

Ingredients

  • 1/3 cup well stirred sesame butter
  • 1/3 cup water
  • 1/3 cup lemon juice
  • 3/4 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp sugar
  • Garlic to taste (1 clove)
  • Method

    Blend together all ingredients till smooth.

    Variation

    Omit the salt and add soy sauce. This is a great dressing over salad greens!
