Tahini
Ingredients
1/3 cup well stirred sesame butter
1/3 cup water
1/3 cup lemon juice
3/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp sugar
Garlic to taste (1 clove)
Method
Blend together all ingredients till smooth.
Variation
Omit the salt and add soy sauce. This is a great dressing over salad greens!
