Lentils or Chickpeas with Vegetables

Ingredients

  • 1 cup precooked lentils or chickpeas
  • 1-2 cups mixed vegetables of your choice
  • curry powder and spices of your choice
  • 1 cup chopped onions
  • salt to taste
    • Method

      Steam fry the onions and add vegetables and chickpeas or lentils. Cook a little and add the curry powder stir till you get the aroma of the curry. Add water and cook a little longer till the vegetables are well cooked and serve.
