Lentils or Chickpeas with Vegetables
Ingredients
- 1 cup precooked lentils or chickpeas
- 1-2 cups mixed vegetables of your choice
- curry powder and spices of your choice
- 1 cup chopped onions
- salt to taste
Method
Steam fry the onions and add vegetables and chickpeas or lentils. Cook a little and add the curry powder stir till you get the aroma of the curry. Add water and cook a little longer till the vegetables are well cooked and serve.
