Groundnut Dahi Kadhi

Ingredients



  • 1/2 kg besan flour

  • 2.5 ltr peanut butter milk

  • salt & green chili to taste

  • ginger to taste

  • 1 tbsp jaggery

  • curry leaves

  • methi seeds

  • coriander leaves chopped to garnish.

  • Method

    Mix the besan flour & the butter milk. Add the above ingredients. Heat this mixture on slow flame for about 5 minutes. Add ginger, salt, and jaggery to taste.

    For the tempering

    Heat little oil in a pan. Add mustard seeds, cumin seeds, asafoetida, curry leaves.

    Add the tempering to the kadhi.
