Soy Shrikand

Ingredients



  • 3 cups soya yogurt

  • blanched and sliced almonds and pistachios

  • few cardamom

  • 3 ½ tbsp stevia powder

  • saffron 10 strings


    • Method

      Put the yogurt in cheese cloth; squeeze out excess water. Add stevia powder, cardamom and saffron; decorate it with nuts.
