Whole Rice Kheer

Ingredients



  • 1 cup whole (unpolished) rice

  • 3 cups soy milk

  • 1/2 cup almonds

  • 1 tsp cardamom powder

  • date/maple syrup to taste

  • Method

    Cook the rice in a steamer. To the cooked rice, add soy milk and boil once. Flavor with cardamom, maple syrup, almonds and raisins. Serve warm.
