Whole Rice Kheer
Ingredients
- 1 cup whole (unpolished) rice
- 3 cups soy milk
- 1/2 cup almonds
- 1 tsp cardamom powder
- date/maple syrup to taste
Method
Cook the rice in a steamer. To the cooked rice, add soy milk and boil once. Flavor with cardamom, maple syrup, almonds and raisins. Serve warm.
