Coconut Milk Kheer
Ingredients
- 1 cup ragi noodles/ unpolished rice
- 1 coconut - milk removed/ a tin of coconut milk
- 1/2 cup jaggery made into syrup
- 1 tsp cardamom powder
- 3 tbsp cashews/ raisins/ almonds (roasted)
Method
Cook the ragi noodles or rice. Mix the jaggery syrup with coconut milk. Heat the coconut milk and add it to the noodles or rice. Flavor with cardamom and nuts.
