Cucumber Mint Raita **

Ingredients



  • 2 cups soy yogurt

  • 1 cup grated cucumber

  • 1 tbsp fresh mint minced

  • green chilly as desired

  • 1 tbsp ground mustard seeds

  • salt to taste

  • 1 tbsp fresh green coriander leaves finely chopped for garnishing


Method

Mix all ingredients thoroughly and garnish with fresh coriander leaves and refrigerate.

Serves 6.
