Fruit Platter **

Ingredients



  • 1 papaya

  • 2 apples

  • ½ cup green grapes

  • ½ cup black grapes

  • 1 banana

  • 1 cup pomegranate seeds

  • 1 lemon cut into wedges

  • ¼ cup fresh chopped mint leaves

  • sea salt to taste


Method

Cut fruits into bite size pieces, except grapes & pomegranate seeds. Garnish with mint leaves, lemon wedges and pinch of sea salt.

Variation

Add seasonal fruit of your choice and its availability.

Serves 4-6.
