Fluffy Banana pancakes with date syrup

Ingredients


  • 1 cup whole flour

  • 2 large ripe bananas

  • 1 cup soya milk

  • ¼ tsp baking soda

  • a pinch of salt

  • ¼tsp powdered raw vanilla or vanilla essence

  • optional cinnamon/ all spice


Method

Peel and put the bananas into a bowl and mash them with a fork. Add all the other ingredients and mix well. If needed add a little water to make the righ consistency. Pour onto a hot lightly greased pan on medium flame. When the bubbles on top burst, turn over to cook on both sides. Serve hot with date syrup. Makes about 6 pancakes of 5 in diameter.
