Chilla or Pudlas **
Ingredients- 1 cup whole moong soaked over night OR
- 1 cup whole channa soaked overnight
- 2 tbsps grated cabbage
- 2 tbsps grated carrot
- 2 tbsps finely chopped onion
- 2 tbsps finely chopped tomato
- 2 tbsps finely chopped coriander
- 1 or 2 finely cut green chillies
- Salt to taste
Method
Grind moong dal or channa to a fine paste. Add salt to taste. Make as dosa, there is no need for fermentation. Mix vegetables either into the batter or when chilla is made rub green chutney on it and add mix vegetables. Roll and cut into pieces. With the same batter dhoklas can be made. Mix vegetables into batter. Pour into plate. Steam & cut into cubes. Serve with chutney.
