Banana Apple Cinnamon Oat Porridge **
Ingredients- 100 gm oats
- 1½ cup apple juice - (fresh)
- 1 cup water
- ½ fresh chopped apple
- 1 banana mashed
- 2 tbsp of raisins and almonds
- 1 tbsp of toasted pumpkin seeds or flax seeds
- ½ tsp cinnamon powder
Mix all the ingredients except juice and banana and bring to a boil. Simmer on low flame until water dries up. Add the juice and banana and cook until thick and the oats are cooked. Remove from heat and allow to stand for 5 mins before serving.
