Apple Oat Porridge **

Ingredients



  • 100 gm oats

  • 1½ cup apple juice - (fresh)

  • 1 cup water

  • ½ fresh chopped apple

  • 2 tbsp of raisins and almonds (or your favorite dry fruits)

  • 1 tbsp of toasted pumpkin seeds or flax seeds

Method


Mix all the ingredients except juice and bring to a boil. Simmer on low flame until water dries up. Add the juice and cook until thick and the oats are cooked. Remove from heat and allow to stand for 5 mins before serving.

Serves 2.
