Tofu Pesto


Ingredients



  • 250g of tofu

  • ½ cup parsely

  • 1 cup basil

  • soya milk as needed

  • salt to taste


Method

Put all the ingredients except the soymilk in the blender or food processor and mix. Add soya milk to get the desired consistency.

Serve as a spread or a dip with vegetable sticks.
