Fig Spread**
Ingredients- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 50g cashews
- 100g almonds
- 100g dried figs
- 50g dates
Method
Soak cashews,almonds, figs and dates a night befor in water. Strain off the water from soaking, but don’t throw the water away. In a blender puree all the ingredients with a teaspoon of cinnamon. Add more of the water if you like a thinner consistency. Serve on bread or over fruit.
Serves 15-20.
