Beetroot Tofu Pâté
This pate is as tasty as it is attractive.
Ingredients
- 1 medium sized boiled beetroot
- 100g tofu
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- salt to taste
- pepper to taste
Method
Put all the ingredients in a blender and mix till it's a smooth paste. Serve with whole wheat pita, wheat crackers or oil free khakara.
Serves 2-4.
