Dill Rotis **

Ingredients
  • 2 cups whole wheat flour

  • 1 cup dill leaves chopped

  • 1 green chili

  • ½ inch ginger grated

  • salt to taste

  • Method
    Mix all the ingredients and add water at the end little bit at a time all the while kneading the dough. Add water till the dough is not sticky and forms a nice ball. Take handfulls of dough from this and with a rolling pin and some whole wheat flour, flatten them. Roast on a hot tawa (flat pan). Cook both sides till they show brown spots. Serve hot.
    Serves 4-6.
