Vegan cheese available at Auroville market


SHARAN has a table offering different types of vegan cheese at the Auroville Saturday market which takes every Saturday until April. This time we have 3 types of cheese: our much loved vegan Boursin, nut cheese in several flavours and our new cream cheese.

We will also be serving open sandwiches made with these cheeses and organic vegetables. In the next few months, we may have more items! You can make your own vegan cheeses by having a look at the recipes section on the SHARAN website.
