Cow’s milk is nature’s perfect food for baby cows, it helps them grow big and bulky like their mother. But we don’t want to be big and bulky like that. Do we?

As milk is staple in our diet.we use it in our daily food out of habit. To shun the milk from our food, we need to unlearn this unnecessary habit of using cow’s milk for all our food necessities

In our workshop you will find that milk can be made at home with nuts and seeds, offering a plethora of flavours and textures to choose from. You can choose to have your curd, lassi, icecream and  milk shakes minus the disease causing cow or buffalo milk.

You will learn to make your own tasty milk, and other dairy substitutes. In addition you will learn to make smoothies, a very healthy breakfast option which will keep you charged all morning without the hassle of cooking a full meal. All the recipe samples will be available for you to taste.These options give you all the nutrients that you need. Excellent for working professionals, who can not spend hours in kitchen.

  • Powerhouse green smoothie
  • Almond milk
  • Soy milk
  • Peanut curd
  • Cashew cheese
  • Mayonnaise with herbs and spices
  • Cream for desserts
  • Fruit ice  cream
  • Coco Choco ice cream

And lots of tips and ideas to add variety to your meals.

We use all organic ingredients as far as possible.

Time: 2pm to 5pm. (arrive ahead of time)

Contribution: Rs 2500 per person.
